What can be expected from an evaluation?
A thorough inspection noting site drainage, tree locations, cracks and separations both inside & out and an overall floor elevation survey using a Digital Zip Level. We also perform an inspection of the understructure on all pier & beam structures.
Our job sites are clean and the crew is provided with all the equipment necessary to not only complete a job, but do it right the first time and in a timely manner. We work closely with structural engineers to maintain a high level of quality in all of our jobs from a small surface drain to a large rebuild of a foundation.
